TimePilot Timeclock Products

Marsh Products is offering the TimePilot line of replacements for old-fashioned, error-prone and and time-consuming punchclocks: TimePilot Extreme, TimePilot Vetro and TimePilot PC.

The inexpensive, incredibly durable iButton. Click for details. All three use the same TimePilot management software and can be used together. That means that you can build a single time and attendance system that handles outdoor clock-ins, clock-ins on the factory floor, clock-ins in an office and clock-ins at employees' desks. All three also calculate employee work hours in just seconds, saving hours of error-prone work every payday, as well as help stop "buddy-punching" (where one employee clocks in another). TimePilot Extreme

TimePilot's rugged, weatherproof system is designed for outdoor use, although it can be used inside, too. It commonly would be used at construction sites, where the clock is exposed to the elements, and can be attached to a a wall, a job box or even the side of a truck. The system can also be used in moist indoor environments that would destroy a paper timecard system. The battery-powered clock is locked down to prevent theft and its cast-aluminum housing is linebacker tough, but a supervisor can easily move the clock to another site when necessary. Employees clock in and out with a single iButton, and iButtons can be reassigned if a worker leaves the job. TimePilot Vetro

Besides being TimePilot's first timeclock with a sleek black touchscreen, Vetro is their first product that gives you a choice of using it with your network or as a standalone clock. If you plug Vetro into your local area network, clock-in and clock-out data is delivered to your server in real time for use in the new, easy-to-use TimePilot IV software. If you use it in standalone mode, all you need for the clock is power—no cables. The data is held securely in the clock until you download it to the included USB drive. Plug the USB drive into your computer, and the data is instantly imported into the software. Clocking in or out takes just a tap. Touch the face of the clock with a finger or an iButton to one of the probes, and immediately the backlit blue keypad lights up. If you're using iButtons, you're instantly clocked in or out; if you're using a four-digit ID number to clock in or out, just enter the number and touch the "IN" or OUT" button. The clock, about the size of a paperback book, was designed and is manufactured by TimePilot in the United States. TimePilot PC

This is our completely software-based time and attendance system. Employees click on the image of a time clock on their computer screens to clock in and out. The basic software package includes licenses that allow the program to be installed on up to five computers. (Just like its big brothers, TimePilot Extreme and Standard, TimePilot PC can accommodate up to 2,000 users.) TimePilot PC gives a company lots of options: It could have all of its employees clock in at any of the five PCs running the software; or it could--with the purchase of additional inexpensive licenses--have hundreds of employees clock in at the PCs on their desks.
